Terms and conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between the Operator and the Guest and set out the terms of reservation, payment, cancellation, and accommodation. The provisions of these GTC form an integral part of every accommodation contract.
Reservation and conclusion of contract

Accommodation can be booked online via the website, through third-party platforms, by email, or by phone.

A reservation becomes binding once the Guest receives a written confirmation from the Operator or an automatic confirmation from the online booking system.

By submitting a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read and agree to these GTC.

The reservation confirmation includes the dates, number of guests, price, payment terms, and any applicable discounts.
Payments

After a reservation is created on the “Stress-Free Holidays” website, an invoice for the accommodation is sent to the Guest. This amount may be issued for up to 100% of the total booking value (each reservation is handled individually). If the invoice is not paid, the reservation is automatically cancelled.

For special promotions, packages, last-minute offers, and FKSP payments, individual terms and conditions may apply.

“Stress-Free Holidays” reserves the right to decline a Guest’s booking, even without stating a reason.
Cancellation policy

Cancellation or date change more than 14 days before arrival: free of charge.

Cancellation or date change 14–7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay price.

Cancellation or date change less than 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay price.
The exact method for cancelling or modifying a reservation depends on the booking system used to create the reservation.
Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00 (arrival time must be arranged in advance).

Check-out: until 10:00.
Rights and obligations of guests

Guests are required to treat the apartment and its equipment with care and to respect other guests in the building.

Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement.

It is forbidden to damage maintained lawns and greenery (for example with personal sunbeds, children’s pools, etc.).
Responsibility
The Operator is not liable for any damage incurred by guests outside the apartment premises or as a result of force majeure (e.g., power outages, natural disasters, etc.).
