How did we buy our first apartment?
Who are we?
We are an ordinary family from Svitavy, a small town in the heart of the Czech Republic.
We got our first apartment somewhat by accident. Originally, we bought accommodation just for ourselves and our close family.
Over time, however, the number of apartments grew, and we realized it would be a shame not to share them with you as well.
And that’s how our project Dovolená bez starostí was born.
Špindlerův Mlýn
the place where it all began
We bought our first apartment back in 2008 in the picturesque mountain town of Špindlerův Mlýn.
Our love for the mountains and sport soon led us to a second apartment. At that time, it served exclusively for family and friends.
But over time, life took us in new directions, so we decided to open this apartment to other mountain lovers as well.
Pavlov
the heart of wine and Pálava
Another place that won our hearts was Pálava.
In 2014, we discovered the charm of the village of Pavlov — full of wine, vineyards, and peaceful atmosphere.
Our stays here brought us many beautiful moments with family and friends, but, as often happens, there wasn’t enough time.
So we decided to open the doors to you, too, and offer the apartment for rent.
Island of Murter

One gloomy day brought us all the way to the Croatian island of Murter, where we happened to notice a poster saying “Na prodaju” (For sale).
Curiosity led us to the last available house among four neighboring ones. It was love at first sight, and we bought it for family vacations.
Over time, however, the neighbors moved away and the remaining houses were put up for sale.
We decided to buy them all and create a complex for up to 18 guests — perfect for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy peace, nature, and shared moments without worries.
